Where do these prices in the Price Tracker come from?
Each day, we look at each product’s Amazon page. We look at coupons, Lightning Deals, Other Sellers (with free delivery), and Bundles to determine the best price available for Prime members on that day.
How is this Price Tracker different from other price trackers like Camel, Camel, Camel or Honey?
Most online price trackers scrape the html code for the listed price but cannot account for coupons, deals. Lightning Sales, or prices other sellers are offering. Since we have a real live person looking at all possible discounts each day, our prices better reflect the most accurate price per day.
Below, you can see the difference between the price trackers where Camel Camel Camel and Honey never reported a sale price below $2,499 but our tracking found it had dipped a low as $2,289 around Prime Day.

Here’s another example. A product is listed at $399 with a $120 coupon and later the same week listed at $279. Other price trackers would record the price as both $399 and $279 while our price tracker would record the price as $279 for the whole week, a more accurate representation of the product’s true price.
Why don’t I see the price that you show in your price tracker?
We do our best to report prices available to any Amazon Prime member. However, we have noticed that some promotions are only available to certain users at any given time. It is impossible for us to check with our limited number of Amazon Prime accounts as we suspect it is linked to the frequency of viewing the product’s listing page.
You may need to look at other sellers to find the best price.
There are also certain promotions that may only be used one time per account.
An expired Lightning Deal might be another explanation for the difference.
Lastly, while prices tend to fluctuate overnight, we have observed some products changing price multiple times throughout the day. Not much we can do about that, unfortunately.
Which products are you tracking?
